Meet Jo

I’m Jo Scheimberg, a certified menopause and longevity specialist, nutritionist,  and personal trainer. ​

I’ve been through menopause, so I know how tough it can feel. Instead of accepting that aging means slowing down, I took control of my health and now I help women do the same.
