My 3 Pillars of Support
1
Train Smarter for the Body You Have Now
The workouts that worked at 35 were designed for a different hormonal environment. Midlife training requires a different approach — heavier, more targeted, and built around your changing biology.
2
Nutrition Built Around Your Hormones
Decades of diet culture left most of us disconnected from what our body actually needs. Using a personalized Mindful Macros framework, we use tracking briefly and with purpose — to retrain your eye and rebuild a healthy relationship with food. The tools are a resource, not a life sentence.
3
Lifestyle Support That Protects Your Results
In midlife, unmanaged stress and poor sleep directly disrupt your hormones and quietly undermine your progress. Building support for both into your program is what makes everything else stick.

Meet Jo
I'm Jo Scheimberg, a certified menopause and longevity specialist, nutritionist, and personal trainer.
Midlife changes your biology — whether that's menopause for women or declining testosterone for men — and most people are never taught what's actually happening or what to do about it.
I learned this firsthand going through menopause myself, and it's what led me to specialize in this stage of life for everyone navigating it.
Instead of accepting that aging means slowing down, I took control of my health, and now I help men and women do the same.
The Life U Love is where you'll find the guidance, accountability, and support to feel strong, energized, and confident again.
